Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We deliver to all physical addresses within the borders of South Africa.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping Costs:
- Main Centres: A flat rate of R100.00 applies regardless of order value.
- Regional/Outlying Areas: A flat rate of R250.00 applies regardless of order value.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Main Centres: 2-4 business days (may vary based on courier company used)
- Regional Areas: 5-7 business days. (may vary based on courier company used)
- Order processing: orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed after 15:00 on a Friday will only be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday will only be processed on the following working day.
Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please note:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
